Gauri & Nainika did what they do best, evening and cocktail dresses! There were wide shawl/boat necklines, dramatic draping, and silhouettes that were reminiscent of old world charm with ethereal textures.
The fabrics were layered and teased and there was an unexpected train on a dress here and there. And the color palette swayed between bold with red and fuschia, and classic with black and beige!
A very feminine collection, some of those pieces though, did remind me of Elie Saab.

Liked the clothes but not the models. They seem to be lost in their own world.
I love Elie Saab!! he's one my favorite designers. I hope these clothes have just a hint of inspiration unlike Nalandana's creations.
the red one on the third row is my favorite. I liked the fact that the designer didn't add too many gold patchworks. elegant indeed.
Like the collection better than the rest. Atleast it doesn't scream 'Look At Me'.
And love the red dress that was mentioned earlier.
totally unoriginal, terrible colour palette, and save the red dress, all the others look very uninspired.
lovely dresses
i love the all black one with the criss cross neck and the short beige one. if only she hadnt stuck random flowers all over the place.
Nice collection but nothing like Elie Saab; still a looong way to go.
While I enjoyed the upper part of the garments above waistline, I felt most of the dresses were somehow incomplete. There were drapes and volume, and then it was just left for us to figure out how to finish off.
