'Mystique' by Renu Tandon offered a feminine collection with the dominant colors being purple, aubergine and fuchsia. There were balloon dresses, kaftans, and tunics in velvets, chiffons and silks.
The collection doesn’t have a sense of direction or a theme besides sticking to the same hues and prints, which are overwhelming. Some garments want to head to contemporary style, some classic, some Islamic and some Indian. If she liked all of these styles, she could have incorporated the elements of them instead of drawing the exact pattern pieces from some old garments. She seriously needs to work on her colour palette; it’s making me dislike pink and purple.

I think she sells in the middle east, becos that seems to be the trend here. No actual concept. Just catering to the middle east market.
If she is trying to cater Middle East... still done pathetically...
