She has a beautiful face. Maybe somebody complimented her on the day she wore it, and she thought it was the top that did the trick. Just playing.
On the other hand, despite the pretty faces, it still hurts eyes. Maybe "gold is the new black" is doing rounds there.
aagghhh.....please...no gold comebacks! the dress goes unnoticed because of the color.
