Maheka Mirpuri sure brought it up a notch at the ELLE magazine breast cancer awareness drive! Well, compared to the pink monstrosity that she wore to the unveiling of her summer 08 collection ‘Expressions’, anything would have been an improvement. But, got to give credit where credit is due and though I am tired of the overdone Burberry plaid...her handbag actually works with her look!

The 'WTH', Two-In-One Edition

'WTHeyy' is probably the politest exclamation that comes to mind when looking at this picture. Rakshanda Khan (left) in a printed dress that does absolutely nothing for her and probably the fact that the dress could use a couple of more inches in length is least of its troubles...but, where does one even begin with Maheka Mirpuri's (right) outfit?

Ignore the sleeves for a second (if your eyes even went there), what astounds me is, for a designer how could she not notice what that detailing/embellishment on her neckline and bust were doing (rather not) for her...!!??

We have picked on everybody so far, be it, actors or socialites, so why should designers be far behind? We think it is about time we turn tables on some of these designers we have caught who weren't definitely dressing to their nines.

It's a good thing that we have seen their work before seeing them, else we might have never been able to truly critique them just for their work! ;)

Sushmita Walks The Ramp For Maheka Mirpuri

Maheka Mirpuri presented her latest collection "Khwaahish". A collection inspired by Maheka's wish to be a princess ever since she was a little girl. A lot of dresses with empire waists. Lehengas and saris with lots of embroideries. But the showstopper definitely was Sushmita who looked exquisite in a lehenga with a corset top.
