To pick between ugly and uglier styling is unfair but since, Ayesha's lace-edged, flea-market sourced tank (seemingly), and same ol' boring denim capris tucked in ugly boots fare marginally better than Sneha Ullal's styled monstrosity, she gets my pick!

Even Black Isn't Infallible
It takes Bhagyashree to pick all black and make it look all bleh, boring, blah and bleghh! Do I hear a "booo"??

Read The Fine Print, Its A Mess

Thats Dia Mirza at the launch of Sahara's Bollywood Ka Boss, sporting a long printed silk dress/tunic, multi-colored beads, a bronze metallic clutch and brown suede shoes, with bows nonetheless!!
Obviously, 'less is more', is a diktat Ms. Mirza chooses to ignore, but really, this outfit could so easily go from drab to fab with just a little editing.
If it were upto me, I'd lose the beads and pick a clutch thats a tad more mellow or neutral. And, instead of denims, I'd have preferred tights and plain black peep-toe pumps or even leggings with flats for a more casual look!
The thing to remember is, pick a point of interest and stick to it! If you choose to wear big, bold and busy prints, then remember to keep everything else minimalistic and simple!
Oh, and Dia's top totally reminds me of this silk print dress by Chloé which if you like, can buy Here!

Birkin Watch
Shweta Bachchan Nanda sure gives Madhoo a run for her money..or.. should we say Birkin. Her red birkin and casual style are such a far cry from the poorly dressed Madhoo and her tan Birkin.

Just proves a basic fact, no matter how much money you've got.. you just can't buy style!

Just A Blouse..
We pay so much attention to the sari, the lehnga and the kameez that we sometimes totally forget the sari blouse. And in this day and age where skin seems to be totally in, I am totally digging the blouses sported by Varsha Usgaonkar and Shabana Azmi recently.
Love the neckline and the back opening effect of Varsha's blouse and love the materials used on Shabana's blouse. Sometimes, keeping it simple just works so much better! (Of course, that excludes varsha's ugly bag and shabana's ugly shades and even uglier earrings!)

Late Respects?
Clutch Spotting

We love an outfit that is put together where the bag/clutch complements the outfit. That was so not the case though when Kangana wore this ensemble to the Zee Music party. In an effort to mimic the white on black of the Fendi Crossword clutch, Kangana just totally missed the mark and came off looking clownish than stylish.
Personally, if she had just worn opaque tights underneath the strapless dress than black denims, it would have made a world of a difference!
If you don't care about the outfit but still do care about her clutch, you can own it by buying it from eLUXURY here.

The Good, Good Earth

I absolutely adore The Good Earth store in Khan Market, Delhi. They have the most amazing collection of silk cushions (among other things)!
I saw these most amazing long and narrow silk cushions with a print that was very reminiscent of Warhol-pop-culture-kitsch! They had these cushions with multiple turban clad, mustached men or ones with mughal era/courtesan dancers in those Warhol'esque, multiple color, pop prints! Absolutely fabulous I tell you! I couldn't find pictures but for more information, go Here! Or if you happen to live in Delhi (or wherever else the stores are), head there! Really.

Bracelet For Charity

I was looking at this old filed picture (from Nov 07) of Julia Roberts and got reminded of this bracelet that she designed (for men and women) with Giorgio Armani as part of Product Red!
About 40% of gross profit from sale of 'Product Red', products goes directly towards 'The Global Fund To Fight Aids In Africa'! The bracelet comes in leather and silver (in Red for women, in Brown for men), with JR and Emporio Armani stamped on the inside, and though pricey at $195, you atleast know it is going towards a good cause!
