I'd say Deepika. Priyanka's hair is a complete mess. I wish Deepika would try something else on the red carpet...haven't we seen the fiited upper bodice, chandelier earrings and pulled back hair at Filmfare? Someone introduce her to curls!

Like anon said, Deepika looks bland. Nothing to draw or accentuate the dress at all. No bling, can't see any clutch/bracelet/rings. Also, the makeup is bland too. And how about a nice pose and a pic-worthy smile?
Here's a better look at her earrings....the color is not doing anything for her, infact she looks pretty dull.....I would say am quite disappointed overall...as I REALLY like her... :(
Priyanka beats Deepika hands down.Pri has a fantastic figure and I love her pose and smile. What's up with Deepika? You're a model, work the red carpet!!! And her skin looks so washed out, what shade of lipstick is she wearing? And why no accessories? She's so pretty, she should make more of an effort.
onemore thing i noticed here...priyanka is so comfortably carrying the dress with a lot of grace where as with deepika's pose it seems shes getting there sort of...or lets put it that way "trying to get there"...
i just dont like deepika's hair..so i would say priyanka...& plus deepika looks way 2 bland and that colour does nothing for her skin
